However, due to the nature of the materials and the hand-crafted process, we kindly ask you to review and acknowledge the following:
Material & Craftsmanship
Each piece is made using a custom plaster blend that incorporates the cremation ashes you provide. Natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the process and should be expected. These subtle differences are not flaws but a reflection of the organic nature of the materials and the handmade methods used.
Fragility & Structure
Although we take every possible step to ensure durability, ash-infused plaster may occasionally show minor surface flaws or small structural weaknesses. These are natural risks inherent to the unique materials and cannot be fully prevented.
Shipping & Transit
We package every ornament with care in custom protective packaging. However, once your order leaves our hands, we cannot take responsibility for loss, damage, or delays during transit. For your peace of mind, we send it to you by tracked insured courier.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order.
Non-refundable & One-of-a-Kind
Due to the irreplaceable nature of the ashes used, all sales are final. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated or refunded. If you have any questions before ordering, please reach out — we are always happy to discuss.
